Raf graduated from Green River College with an A.A.S degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2021. He has experience in private practice working with children of various ages with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit disorder, sensory processing differences, anxiety, behavioral regulation issues, difficulty with social skills, gross motor deficits and developmental delays. Raf’s background also includes internships at a trauma hospital but it wasn’t until he interned at a private pediatrics clinic where he found passion in helping children from all backgrounds become their best selves.

In his spare time, Raf enjoys being active exploring the outdoors, going to the gym, practicing martial arts, spending time with family and playing with his Husky/Shepherd mix, Korra.

Kim began her journey as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) after graduating from Bates Technical College in 2017. Pursuing her second career in occupational therapy, she has worked in the pediatric field in a private clinic with experience in emotional regulation, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), sensory processing disorder, social skills development, and developmental delays. Since then, training and experience has led Kim to specialize in Sensory Integration, mental health and emotional regulation, anxiety, and social skills instruction. Kim has also pursued continuing education in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach to feeding, non-medication approaches to challenging behaviors, and the impact of postural control on function. All of this with the goal of helping children and families to be as independent as possible. Prior to Kim developing her passion as an OTA, Kim earned a Bachelor of Art Degree from Washington State University (1989). Her first career was as a Juvenile Probation Counselor for King County Superior Court that gave her vast experience in working with youth of all ages in the criminal justice system. Although Kim has lived in the Puget Sound area for 30+ years with her husband and two children, she grew up in Walla Walla, which she still calls “home”. Symone Keel graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. in Communication Science and Disorders. She is currently working towards getting her Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license and has spent some time observing the SLPs at Rock Therapy. While waiting for her license, she will be working and helping out at our Bonney Lake location. In her spare time, Symone likes to spend time in the mountains with friends or hanging out with her family.

Samuel Onisor completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Studies at the University of Washington and Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Midwestern University College of Health Sciences (2019). Prior to therapy school, Samuel worked at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital with children by providing hands-on patient care. During therapy school, he completed a 12-week Fieldwork in Mesa, Arizona, working in an outpatient pediatrics clinic. Samuel has experience working with children with Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, difficulty with social skills, and developmental delays. When Samuel isn’t working, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, cycling, and spending time with his siblings - he has 7! Samuel has experienced how important family education can be. Samuel’s goal is to provide patient and family-centered care. Being bilingual in both English and Romanian, he enjoys the challenges of working with bilingual individuals.
